4GB is indeed still more than enough for most gamers worst case senario you have to buy another 4GB kit in a couple years time. As for your spec it looks great however I would go for low profile ram (If you go with a big air cooler),a decent aftermarket cooler and overclock it. And for the SSD I have one as a boot drive and its great if your budget allows it.
