Given they run their network with zero visible contention as a target and have jitter and packet loss SLAs with their wholesale customers this has a lot of potential for those who desire low latency, low jitter and stability above all else, as well as people with high bandwidth requirements via their Be brand which will also have this available and business customers via their Be Wholesale partners.

Depending which products they take they'll have 40Mbit/2Mbit, 40Mbit/10Mbit and 40Mbit/15Mbit available right off the bat with 80Mbit/20-25+Mbit available next year once Openreach have permission from Ofcom to use VDSL 2 profile 17a.

Long awaited and very positive news, shortly to be joined by the last big LLU operator to join the GEA party, Sky.
Just a shame they peer with LINX only... oh, and they've forgotten Norwich, Yarmouth and Lowestoft exchanges.
