CEO's office, the guy that arranged the unreleased firmware. Or rather, he said the VMNG300 wasn't really suited to 100meg. I wasn't going to argue the toss since I'd bagged the firmware to enable Modem Mode and I'd come round to the fact that getting a VMNG300 would only be until it burnt out and I'd be sent a SH again anyway
(well I keep telling that myself to make me feel better, I *did* really want a VMNG300 back!)
