I think it was £350 a pen x 2 a month = about £8400 a year but that was 18months ago the last time I had my scar tissue and srtictures cut out.

It works for me and long may it continue as I have only one surgery left, then it's pouch and tramadol time(tried it once... didn't like it.... the pouch I mean not the tramadol)

edit .... it works on Psoriasis as well so I believe.
