As you are able to set up your network ok on your router I'd agree with Masque's second suggestion - forget the hub router functions and use a seperate router.
Hopefully your own router doesn't use the 192.168.0 IP range or you'll need to change either it or the hub to use a different subnet. I changed the hub base IP range to 192.168.20 when I added my own router to avoid changing some fixed IPs I'd set up manually.
You'll need to connect one of the hub ports to your routers WAN port. Once that's done you should be able to access the superhub via 192.168.100.1 to turn off it's wifi, reserve whatever IP it has assigned to your router and put it in the DMZ. Once modem mode is available you can simply switch the hub over to use that with no further changes.
