Network problem on Superhub
After a problem with my original Superhub factory resetting itself, I took Masque's advice and contacted Tech Support who sent me a new one and all went swimmingly with getting the new one delivered and set up. Internet connection now seems quite reasonable.
However, I have a problem in that my printer keeps falling off the network every couple of days and has to be restarted. Its seems to be the Superhub at fault as, thinking back, it started happening when I got the original Superhub. If I take it out of the equation and network everything with my old router (OK I then don't have internet access which isn't too clever) it all seems fine - I just went away for a few days so left everything hooked up on my old router and when I got back all was still connected. Bring superhub back in and a day later the printer goes off.
Very few errors in event log but I do have a couple of "DHCP FAILED - Requested Info not supported"
Anyone got any ideas?
