Re: Help needed - super hub and access point

Thanks but that's not quite what I'm trying to do.

Previously I had the old cable modem go to the WRT54GS.
This was set to LAN IP address 192.168.1.1
It also had some restrictions to the starting and ending IP addresses that I can't quite remember (I've doen a factory reset since but it was something like 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.200)
Wireless Channel = 11

Then a cable connected between the LAN ports on the WRT54GS to the WGR614 upstairs.
This one had DHCP Server disabled.
LAN IP address I think was 192.168.1.51 with again different starting and ending ranges.
Wireless Channel = 1

Both routers had the same SSID and encryption key.

Additionally my NAS drive connects to the WGR614 with 192.168.1.11

I was trying to just use the super hub, remove the WRT54GS and keep the WGR614 upstairs. And have wi-fi on both the super hub and WGR614.

I can get the access point to work via another cable to my laptop but not by wi-fi.
But when that's working I can't get in to configure it.
I guess I've got some sort of conflict?

Thanks again
