The PST file will already have your emails and folders.. When you install outlook it'll create a default PST file.. you then have two ways.. either import the data from your old PST file or add it as a new data file (you'll need to them make it default and then delete the emtpy default one if you don;t want to use it)

Also you may want to copy the details for your accounts and also export any rules you have. You'll need to enter all the accounts in as I don't think outlook has an account export on it (that is your pop/smtp/username/password settings unless there is a tool out there)

As for copying it across to the new PC either use online storage, network or a simple solution is use data storage on your phone/digital camera..etc.. to copy it all across.
