That's why shows are on multiple times on multiple channels , ITV 1 shows are on ITV1 +1 , ITV 2 etc , Sky One shows usually repeat again on Sky One then Sky 2 , Sky Premiere films show all week , so it's pretty damn hard to miss something these days especially when all the terrestrial channels have catchup services online.
