this might be down to the programme data. Is the last one you recorded sitting in you deleted folder? If so then that's likely what it's seeing and thinks it's the same programme. If you want to record this one on a regular basis, until whoever supplies the epg data for it, when you've finished watching the current one and have deleted it I would then also delete it from your deleted folder as well.

I had to do this when I had the end cut off something that overran. I programmed it to record another airing, but had to completely delete the orignal recording off the hard drive or it would record it.
