Favorite meal for me is home made cauliflower cheese with lots of dijon and english mustard, nutmeg and black pepper in the sauce, with a breaded Parmesan crust. Streaky bacon cooked with garlic, rosemary and thyme till crispy, with a nice big juicy steak. With a side of rocket with balsamic and garlic (honey, grain mustard etc) dressing. Washed down with a good bottle of red.
