Juliann - Ocean trout fillet with pancetta, caramelised onion and Madeira shallots
Dessert:
Me - Passion fruit marshmallow, roast pineapple parcels and pineapple sorbet
Juliann - Mango soufflé with coconut ice cream and mango soup
