I see I'm not the only one getting the huge but brief latency spikes that often result in packet loss. Wonder if it's a symptom of the upgrades VM are rolling out across the network.

Case in point, look how bad one of my recent ones was. It was so bad it knocked both the modem and router off and I didn't notice until later.
