Got 500gb tivo installed on Thursday. Engineer asked if we wanted to keep v+ and he phoned up to check it would be free, he was told offer was no longer on. Received letter and leaflet next day with offer to keep v+ free, had usual nightmare phone call trying to get it back, but was initially told that the offer was only open to new customers! When asked how a new customer could keep there old V+ box, was told we couldn't have it because we have a loyalty discount. Very confusing. Leaflet not clear re: multiroom etc. Contemplating emailing CEO again!!!
