Does that include new customers? (pay the same as every other customer that is)

My argument regarding paying for the tivo boxes is this; the box remains the property of virgin media not yours. Imagine buying a tv from currys and just as you are leaving the salesman says "oh by-the-way the tv remains the property of currys and if you buy a new one in the future we have the right to ask for it back". It would be silly would`nt it? Yet that`s exactly what virgin are doing. Yes I know the box is useless without your subscription but perhaps virgin should be obligated to offer you all the free to air channels if you cancel your subs. Either that or stop charging for a box that is never yours OFFICALY. Incidently I have no problem with paying for installation of a tivo box, just the paying for the box. Until they stop charging for them I wont be getting tivo.
