My results on the test and latency are fine, we are all taking the same path from there.

Maybe it's a different route to/from the speed testers, who knows.

Speedtest1.thinkbroadband.com has a neighbouring IP address to www.thinkbroadband.com, they will take the same route, speedtest2 is on a different subnet so could take a different route if required.
