Clearly you have misinterpreted the meaning of my reference to the Daily Mail. Your not bothering to read newspapers may have had a detrimental effect on your cognitive abilities.

It's no surprise that you should find it strange that people have differing views on a discussion forum. You see I, and discussion per se, don't subscribe to your overly simplistic one size fits all "
They are all the same" perspective of life.
We are entitled to disagree, it's what forms the core of discussion / debate. You, however, seem unprepared and unwilling to debate when someone exposes the realities / frailties viz a viz your stated opinion - that said it is entirely your right to do so and I respect that.
I don't "always want" to be different from everyone else - I enjoy discussion and debate. That said I think you'll find I
do agree with many people on this forum - on matters where there is common ground. The difference is that when I do I don't always feel the need to resort to gang mentality to post in public about the fact. If you find my opinions to be challenging on matters dear to you then feel free to debate the merits of your position.
I'm sorry if my ability to hold an opinion other than yours or what you consider to be the conventional norm or sensible causes you difficulty but, unfortunately, that is real life and the world would be a very, very boring place if we adopted your "They're all the same" attitude.
