Yes, your local TX is Hannington and all the local aerials should point in that direction. Can you get the aerial on a window sill, if it's not already. This may make the difference between getting a signal and not. The digital signal from Hannington is at a very low power compared to analogue, and will stay that way until switchover. Outdoor aerials will have no problems, but an indoor aerial ideally needs an unobstructed view toward the transmitter.

No services means the scan found no freeview mux of sufficient strength to decode. The only way to find if the box is working correctly is to plug it into a rooftop aerial that you know works. If you have a friendly neighbour that already has freeview, ask them if you could test your box on their aerial.
