Just got my superhub connected but didn't connect to internet first time. rang 151 on virgin phone and nice girl had it up and running in about 5 mins, she just needed to resend the activation signals and do a reboot of hub. So if yours dosn't work first time - DON'T PANIC. And I am saving £7.50 per month as they were still charging me £26 for 10Mb
