I agree ITV2 i suspect has the most HD as the ITV3/4 channels show a lot of older shows ie the sweeny and professionals is judge judy in HD on ITV2HD i wonder lol
but seriously i would not personally want to watch the only way is essex HD or SD others might,but i would not put the ITV channels top of my HD list if i had one which i do not really,but if i did History would be up there as would crime and investigation network in HD.
