Bottom line is that it is unlikely that Sky Atlantic will appear on VM any time soon.
And, of course, since those quotes, VM has said that they don't see it as a priority.

I agree with that.
VM seems to have decided that launching new channels is not something they want to do which is why very few channels have appeared throughout its existance. I see no sign that they are going to change this policy any time soon. Therefore, people wanting more channels would need to get Sky as I think it will be a long time before any new channels appear on VM.
I think what annoys people most isn't so much the lack of new channels but the fact that they are happy for channels to close and not to be replaced and also that they are happy to remove channels but again not make any atempt to replace them. The best example of the latter is music channels. VM has removed six music channels in its existance and has not replaced any of them.
I would be interested to know why VM has decided that launching new channels is something they have chosen not to do.
