Spoke to Customer Care (Billing) this morning - they now tell me that the £10 is already taken care of in a 'package discount' I have - but I don't know if this is the case or not. As the discount doesn't say what it covers, just that it covers BB/TV/Phone, it's difficult to see how this is broken down and if, indeed, the £10 is covered. I'm still not really happy - the discount is about £34 altogether, does anyone else have a similar billing - if so, do you also have the £10 V+ charge listed?

Also I have just noticed (not sure how long it's been on) that I've got both Talk Mobile and Talk International which I never asked for! Looks like I'll have to call them again!

Like others who already had multi-room and missed out on the £6.50 being waived, would like to see what they're going to offer instead?

Really think they need to sort their billing out to make everything clear.
