In the 1.01 update log, it says "Cast information in EPG updated where missing for many programmes"

If VM does not own the EPG data and it's sourced from a US provider, how come the firmware update fixes missing cast information?

Perhaps the relationship isn't as black and White as some suggest, that being an external company provides the data and VM push it into TiVo without change.

Whatever, again, I'm glad VM don't think bad EPG data is not their problem.
Tribune Media Services provide it
