A suggestion I made in another post - not unheard of, remember the Sumsung V+ 'STOP' issue.
It's a shame, because VM were years behind other ISPs in not offering a combined modem/router. I hope it gets sorted and soon, and then we can all say of VM
"The Tech Guy Did It Perfect"
