Don't know but I suspect that your problems may relate to F001588834 with the ever moving Fix date. I suspect also, with nothing to support my suspicions, that it make also relate to some of the unresponsiveness on my TiVo.
I too am in Elmers End (Glanfield Road) and apart from a couple of outages over the last year, I haven't really had a problem. However from what I've read, and been told by Virgin fitters, the problem is that the Bromley area is almost fully subscribed, if not oversubscribed, and the on-going installation of TiVo boxes to people like myself only makes the problem worse.
