Hi, wonder if someone can help. Just ordered the 500GB TiVo for installation next Monday (great
). The person I spoke to in Manila (who I had a bit of difficulty understanding) took my mobile phone number and said a technician would call.
I'm assuming she meant that the Virgin installer would call me on the installation day, to tell me they're coming. I'd just like this confirmed though, as I don't carry my mobile around with me, and might miss this call if I don't have it on me.
