That is very well said

As if all the staff are briefed, Kept up to date and monitored every so often they would all be able to give out the same info.
I have worked in a call centre and the amount of people who gave out the wrong info was just wrong and they put it in their notes, So when I was part of the complaints team we reported them. IMHO This is what seems to be lacking
