its a big step up from a normal virgin box. It's all fairly easy to understand and the onscreen help is nice but it isnt always obvious what button does what and where
biggest issue seems to be EPG being wrong on a lot of channels, went to watch everybody loves raymond and it was king of queens but the box was telling me it was raymond
an EPG makes or breaks a box for me..
