i had a long chat after my letter.
they said they couldnt give me any guidelines at all as it depends on what everyone else on my part of the network is up to at any given time.
i said thats a bit silly and have since been worried when i use it to download even a few hundred meg at peak times.

I asked if downloading 1GB at peak time would get me another letter - the guy stressed again that he couldn say one way or another as it all depends on how busy the network is. I then asked would HE download 1GB at peak time and he replied he wouldnt as it would be risky..
since then i have waited until 9pm to download anything (which is a pain when i want little things)
