Nothing for me either,
My installation was last week, all organised by phone, booked it by phone,
Engineer rang me 30 mins prior to install, installed it and left, got a phone call next day to check if had been done, nothing since,
No contract no letter, but on checking my account on-line I have been charged the activation fee and a months part service charge
