No we cant, BT's network is seperate to Virgins.

No this wont happen if the work is in the public footway. All cable from slotboxes will be in 25mm PVC duct (SID architecture), all cable from cabinets will be in 54mm or 96mm duct connected by a swept tee feeding the property. All duct has to be to regulation depth.

Cable on a customers property is a different matter though but should still be in a PVC flexible duct.
