When I feel pain or discomfort I just ease off. I've tried to run through pain previously but it just prevents you from exercising for an extended period. The "tortoise" kilometre today was 70 seconds slower than my "hare" kilometre because my knee was acting up. It was also slower than the kilo that had a fairly steep hill in it .... and I hate hills!!

I will just have to walk until I feel the pain and just stop and be sensible. I was thinking of getting the heat pads to see would they help. I really do miss the walking and get frustrated when I cant do the walks I was able to do
