He may or may not work for VM but given that there have been many positive comments about tivo from non staff why would you make that comment just because he is a positive poster. Look at the poll results on here and there are more people
very happy than unhappy. As someone who is about to get tivo fitted I welcome all information about the box. Positive and negative. That's why I asked VirginMediaPhil his opinion of the pq yesterday, because I know that despite his user name he is very unbiased. What annoys me are the ambulance chasers who are not going to get tivo in the near future but jump on any negative comments and ignore the positive. Or they say they must work for Virgin Media.
