Woah! He's admitting there are problems with the box. Doesn't sound like a company line to me! That said, has anyone from VM officially said that there are actually no problems with their new Tivo service? Nope. Not that I am aware of.

Again, personal opinion. Mine is about 12% full too and no slow-down here either.
He mentions good things and bad things, so I'd say it's a "fair and balanced" post.
