Installed yesterday PM was installers 5th install and he pretty much had it down to a fine art, plug in tivo and adjust levels, relocate V+ box to bedroom, check which card Virgin wanted to be put in V+ now and remove V box. Back to tivo to finish install and and give me a comprehensive demo and then down the road to tag our cable in the local headend.
So far i am pretty impressed with the box and the wife seems happy too
there are obviously still some teething issues, which is normal with any new product in my experience but it is actually fun searching for stuff and adding recordings, wish lists etc. Box seems nippier than the V+ but i have barely scratched the surface of the hard disk so far. PQ is marginally softer than V+ on SD, looks identical in HD to my eyes, but iplayer is definetly poorer and i hope this gets sorted

I am sure i read some where that picasa would be added, which would be a great way to view your photos online imo
