This EPG problem is also effecting the new TiVo box. VM really need to get this sorted as a priority, if Sky can get it right then Virgin Media & TiVo have no excuse either!

I know. Whatever problem I have encountered with VM services, I am always asked to do all the work.
I don't get paid by VM, so why the hell should I?! I've told them the problem, they should work on finding out what is causing it! Exactly right- if Sky can keep their EPG up to date, VM need to do it to be able to compete.
