I'm not convinced that threatening to leave them will make them spend thousands of quid upgrading your area if they aren't receiving any other complaints and certainly not if it's just temporary high load due to school holidays, bank holidays, etc. Maybe calling technical support or posting on the forum or engaging the Twitter team asking about these issues would be a plan?
