I really dont want to leave VM, truthfully, but the threat of leaving always seems to do the trick

The only other alternative is 3mb adsl, as thats the max speed in my area, there is no infinity, only adsl and cable, so 50mb cable it is

There is definitley a utilisation issue at the moment, it affecting everything from speed to ping
