To be perfectly honest, and give Virgin their dues, for years with NTL and then Virgin, the connection was great. It wasn't until I 'upgraded' to 30MB that it all went wrong. Now, not to start another argument, I believe the S'Hub to be the cause of it all, but that is now in the past, as it was sorted by the CEO Office. I can't praise them high enough, and were very polite and efficient in dealing with my issues. I guess being a long standing customer has it's advantages
