I had not given it enough time a thought
a bit of a waste of time as it kept coming up
with "watch from catch up tv on demand"
but after reading this
"Using the backwards grid:
* If a programme listing in the EPG has a "C" with a circular arrow around it, this programme has been/is/will be available via Catch-up TV
* Upon selecting an eligible listing, if the prompt reads "Watch now on Catch Up TV on Demand", you can link directly to the programme through the backwards grid. If it says "Go to Catch-up TV on Demand", the programme is either unavailable on Catch-up TV or has not been linked through the backwards grid. Catch-up TV programmes
typically take between 24-48 hours to link with their corresponding EPG listing."
