According to the survey quoted by Mark Easton (available here) the proportion of immigrants relative to total population in the 8 countries surveyed is as follows:

Canada: 20.2%
USA: 13.7%
Germany: 12.9%
Spain: 12.2%
Netherlands: 10.9%
UK: 10.8%
France: 8.4%
Italy: 7%
