Your screen shot, as mine below, only confirms you have the SamKnows monitoring equipment and states nor proves a thing about it being for VM only.
As stated previously, the VM trial lasted 6 mths and was extended by SamKnows as General ISP monitoting ibn conjunction with OFCOM and not solely as a VM one.
The link I gave tells you that it is in conjunction with Ofcom, in case you missed it here it is again.
