Not to mention the "free" upgrade from 20Mb to 30Mb broadband that will actually cost £30 for the "free" superhub. There's the possibility I may move from the property i'm in at the moment so don't want to be stuck in a contract and move to a non cabled area...all in all it looks like i'm stuck with the redundant VIP 20 pack that i signed up for as the "Very Impressive Package" 3 years ago! Rant over...lol!
It's worth looking at the costs of upgrading from VIP20 to VIP50 (even without TIVO). I had VIP20 + a Sky HD premium subscription, so when I upgraded my monthly bill actually went down a couple quid - and I got free install on the 50Mb BB. There's free install on TIVO this month, so that was £149 all in, with the old V+ replacing my standard box upstairs and no increase in monthly cost.
