I never got any form of confirmation. I was down for a morning install and when the installer had not arrived by 12.00 I called 150 and asked where was my Tivo. They confirmed that it had been moved to an afternoon slot. Sure enough at 13.00 on the dot he turned up.

For peace of mind it is a good idea to give them a call. It happens all the time. They don't mind!
