I agree wholeheartedly would not take the time to send abusive PMs i would just cancel services myself as i have done now, i wll be saving over £50 per month by just having broadband.

Customer service this morning said they had no idea when its happening.!
The only question i have is why did yeasterday VM people on here claimed it had launched when clearly it had not.
