Agree fully, Unfortunately there are a few who still see this site as a rant site and cannot post anything else other than that. You never see helpful posts from them, They don't join in the debate in other areas they just rant and rant and rant, Can get boring reading there posts in the end
I understand customers get annoyed, hell i do some times but to rant about it for weeks and weeks must make them ill in the end.
