Could I just point out that a number of posters on CF repeatedly state that you can't trust anything a CSA tells you, and there has been a lot of confusion with the TiVo launch with contradictory messages from CSAs, and suddenly it seems what they say must be the source of all truth.... 
But that wasn't the point I was making - it was that perhaps the VM staff posting on here are telling us what they believe is happening, rather than lying, which, imho, is a foul calumny.
