I have to disagree with you there.
I like HBO shows (Band of Brothers, Sopranos, etc etc) - however, as they are only TV shows, and not a replacement kidney, I am not that bothered that I can't get to see them immediately.
Swings, roundabouts, etc...

That wasn't my point - you stated that Carl was not in "the majority"; how can viewing figures of under 1 million be "the majority".
btw, not my fault/responsibility that Sky Atlantic isn't available to a wider audience - that lies with those who made that decision.....
(as you can see from my post above, I actually like HBO - I just don't have the option to watch them, like the majority of viewers (hee hee, see what I did there.....
)).
