Me too, placed my order online on the 12th, heard nothing from VM, called CS last night, no trace of order, passed round 3 different people and can't get the install slot previously agreed, which is dammed annoying as I have already booked a day off work. Also tried to tell me it would be £4 per month extra as I had to upgrade to the XL+ package (never heard of that before).
