So, Orange cutting costs by shutting down an overnight callcenter to outsource it, and doing everything they can to make sure their employees keep jobs if they want them (Alternate jobs within the company, relocate to manilla) as well as offering them a severance package, and letting them keep all options open....
Seems a bit of a non-story to me really, unless the actual story is 'Orange goes the extra mile to keep profits coming in and staff happy & employed' is the actual story...
